The Initial Money consists of:

If there are any guarantors to the tenancy:

Guarantor Referencing Fee £75.00 per guarantor

Agreement of Guarantee £50.00

And if the tenant is a company:

Company Referencing Fee £150.00

Other Charges:

Early Release Fee £400.00

Change of Sharer £150.00

Extension Agreements £125.00

Outgoing reference fee £15.00

Inventory £125.00
